Sun CHDO is an IRS 501 (c) (3) organization designed to provide affordable, safe, and energy efficient housing in all communities. Our focus is on low income families and the elderly, stable and ambulatory disabled and special needs populations, including the homeless.
Sun CHDO pledges to work with communities in improving housing referrals, financial literacy youth programs, and health and wellness. Sun CHDO was established in 2018 to empower and negotiate with community-driven organization to provide solutions to community leaders and residents.
